REFUND POLICY

PLEASE READ OUR WARRANTY INFORMATION.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be in original condition.

  • Items must not be rode, used, or tampered with, with tags, and must be placed into their original packing.

  • Electric Bikes must have 0 miles on the odometer to be considered new and unused.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Lithium batteries for electric bikes are NOT RETURNABLE due to regulations.

If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense or PowerHouse Hawaii at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@powerhouseebikes.com email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

No Bike Shop Returns. Please note that each of our partners' sets their own return and exchange policies and procedures. We do not accept returns of items purchased from bike shops and our return policy is not honored anywhere but powerhouseebikes.com. Please contact the place of purchase to discuss their return policy.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We do not do exchanges of any kind (unless your item arrives damaged). You will have to place a new order with the correct items, and you may return the items that were incorrect for a refund.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You are responsible for return shipping charges.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Eligibility Window:

To qualify for a return, or exchange items must be authorized and received back to our Fulfillment Center unused, unassembled, unwashed, unworn in original condition within 30 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange:

  •         Items received without prior authorization.

  •         Items marked as “FINAL SALE”.

  •         Items bought from somewhere other than powerhouseebikes.com

  •         Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

  •         Returns received in damaged / ridden condition.

  •         Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.

  •         Shipping charges, except in cases where we have shipped the wrong item. Or if you received a damaged item that cannot be exchanged.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or if you received an item that you did not order or the item was damaged, please email us anytime at sales@powerhouseebikes.com for help and authorization.

DO I NEED PRIOR AUTHORIZATION?

Yes! All returns for any reason must have prior authorization to return either Online by emailing us anytime at sales@powerhouseebikes.com. Any items received without prior authorization will be returned at your expense.

WILL YOU PAY MY RETURN SHIPPING?

No. PowerHouse E-Bikes  does not pay for return shipping or provide a return label unless you received a damaged item, or an item you did not order. If that is the case then we will email you a return label for your products, but you must email us at sales@powerhouseebikes.com to receive your label. Any items sent back by your own method, damaged or not, will NOT receive shipping credit.

PLEASE NOTE. We can only email return labels, they cannot be mailed

I WOULD LIKE A REFUND:

No Problem. ALL REFUNDS must be authorized and received within 30 days from the date of purchase and must be unwashed, unridden, unused with original packaging in-tact in order to receive a full merchandise refund. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

Your original method of payment will be refunded within 5 days of receipt. Please ship these items back trackable, we are not responsible for return packages until they are tracked in our door. Email us anytime at sales@powerhouseebikes.com for more information

I DID NOT BUY MY ITEMS DIRECTLY FROM POWERHOUSEEBIKES.COM:

We apologize, but at this time we can ONLY return items that have been purchased directly through ssales@powerhouseebikes.com. Please return these products to the place of purchase. 

My item was a gift, but I don’t have the order name or information.

At this time, we can ONLY return items that have been purchased directly through powerhouseebikes.com with a confirmed order in our system.
